I've been recording quite a bit - learning a lot! There are some pretty awesome open source tools for editing audio/video. Haven't really gotten into any effects with Ardour, but that's on the "todo" list.

I've discovered how to "hardsub" subtitles into a video - so I create the subtitle file with a program called SubtitleEditor, then use Cinelerra to turn the wav into a dv, then mencoder to create an flv with the subtitles burned in.

The purpose of this blog is to serve as a test bench for posting online music - a place for trying ideas and seeing how they work on a live website. Postings may be rough draft, shortly thereafter deleted, etc...

Secondly, it is to provide a place where I can get feedback regarding recordings, website ideas, etc. So please post comments!
